Today after midnight Andaman and Nicobar islands experienced an Earthquake that was measured around 7.6 on reichter scale.The reports regarding the casualties has not been announced and the damage that has been caused by the quake is not yet estimated.
The quake was felt on shores of the penninsula.Slight tremors was felt in the buildings even in Chennai some thousand miles away from the islands and in Bhuvaneshwar.
